ChatHindi doesn't require an email address, so there's no automatic password reset link. If you remember your username, email us at support@chathindi.co.in with your username and we'll verify your identity and help you regain access.
Email support@chathindi.co.in with subject "Appeal: [Your Username]". Include why you believe the ban was incorrect. We review all appeals within 48 hours. See our Trust & Safety page for the appeals process.
Email support@chathindi.co.in with your username and the subject "Delete Account". We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days and confirm by reply.
The fastest way is using the in-app report button (⚑ flag icon on any message or the Report button on a user's profile). For serious violations, email abuse@chathindi.co.in with the username, description, and any screenshots.

We are available Monday through Friday during Indian Standard Time business hours (10 AM – 7 PM IST). For urgent child safety matters, we have monitoring outside business hours and aim to respond within 12 hours regardless of day or time.
