5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post on ChatHindi. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and deliver that content as part of providing the Service.

We are not responsible for content posted by users. However, we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Advertising

The public pages of ChatHindi display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads help fund the free Service. By using our public pages, you agree to the display of such advertisements. Ads are not shown inside the authenticated chat application.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChatHindi is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
